Hazard

A wire inside the light fixture could be loose, posing an electrical shock hazard to consumers.

Remedy

Consumers should stop using the light fixture immediately and return the product to Home Depot to receive a full refund or free replacement. Before removing the fixture, consumers should turn off the power at the home's circuit breaker and consult the installation instructions provided with the fixture.
